Clipped it on and didn’t need to worry about it after that. Battery’s lasted several days without needing constant topping up. Took the dog out around forested areas and the location stayed accurate the entire time. Even when the dog bolted after a squirrel, it tracked movement smoothly without weird jumps. Alerts came through without delay, which helped avoid a proper chase. Easy to check up on location and walking distance using the app. Handy for checking if the dog’s getting enough activity too. Seems to be working just fine through wet and dry conditions. Gives a bit more peace of mind without being overly complicated or clunky.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered this tracker for our little puppy, hoping it would give us peace of mind. Sadly, it arrived with one of the strangest faults I’ve ever come across. The device itself was unbranded and felt quite cheap straight out of the box. The charging cable is meant to attach magnetically to the tracker, but one side simply won’t connect. After checking it several times, it seems one of the magnets was fitted the wrong way around during manufacturing, so instead of pulling the cable into place, it pushes it away. This means the pins don’t line up and the device won’t charge at all. Check my video as it shows the fault. It’s clearly a case of poor quality control, which is incredibly frustrating. I was already unsure about having to pay a subscription, but convinced myself to give it a go—only to be met with a product that doesn’t work. The manual was also barely helpful and the tracker itself felt quite average in design and build. All in all, a huge letdown. Save your money and go with a more reputable brand, especially if you're expected to commit to a monthly subscription. If I could give this minus stars, I honestly would.

Seems to be quite a well designed unit and reasonable app. It was easy to set up by downloading the app, registering an account and scanning the device code. Unfortunately there is no trial option, so you cannot use it for say 7 days before deciding on a subscription option. These vary from $15 per monthpay as you go to $3 per month if you pay for 24 months in advance. This limits the amount I can contribute to the review, apart from pointing out the pros and cons I have discovered already. Charging requires a dedicated cable that attaches magnetically much like a smart watch charger - lose this and you will probably need to buy a new unit just to get the cable. There is one major flaw - there is a QR code meant for someone finding the device to be able to contact the owner - however this does not scan making it useless - so if the battery has run out the QR code will not help you get reunited with your pet. The app seems to allow various alerts but I couldnt find any way to configure them - and there is no evidence of health alerts or bark monitoring. There is no option to transfer the device binding, or to change the email address on the account, so having tested it as much as I can using the email address I reserve for testing and reviewing, I cannot even let other family members use it. Now its just another picece of e-waste sadly. Overall I think this needs a trial period subscription offer, and does appear to have more product claims than the device / app actually delivers. As such I can only rate it three stars. The price was £26 at the time of review, but as stated you get nothing you can actually use for that price as you have to pay for subscriptions just to get started.

This dog tracker promises a lot, and setting it up was quite simple. The initial pairing with my phone was smooth, and the app is fairly intuitive to navigate. Knowing I can see my dog's location in real-time on a map gives a real sense of security, especially since my adventurous Labrador has a habit of exploring the neighborhood. The escape alerts are a clever feature. I set up a virtual fence around my property, and I received a notification on my phone the moment he wandered out of the boundary. The activity monitoring seems accurate, showing when he's been walking, running, or resting. I haven't had any health alerts yet, thankfully, but it's reassuring to know that the device is keeping an eye on those indicators. The bark monitoring is also interesting, giving insights into his activity levels when I'm not around. It's important to note that to use all these features – the real-time tracking, alerts, and monitoring – a subscription is required. While this adds to the cost, the level of detail and peace of mind it offers might be worth it for many pet owners. It feels like a well-designed piece of tech aimed at keeping our furry friends safe and sound.
