The first photo was the one outside the while time that took two hours to pick up and was in my back garden the whole time , the 2nd was my cat that was inside the house the whole time (which I thought was on the cat exploring) So here is the story, two cats, two trackers , set up with premium for superlive, had both my cats in the garden, on leads, one got out and I just assumed went exploring as I was introducing them to the outside, the other just stayed on the lead. So I take the cat indoors (both have trackers on at this point.) So cat A is outside somewhere cat B is upstairs in the house , I had out the trackers on the wrong cats so the names were the other way, this part was my fault but not an overall effect So cat B tracker is inside which it will struggle to get a signal so it was not updating, cat a was outside so when one tracker was working and live tracking with movement on superlive (a pin point tracking system) so I assumed it was all good Two house go by still the same one inside one outside , only one tracker updating The one updating was intact in the house the whole time but showed it going to other streets (as you will see in photo) the tracker that was in-fact on cat A , took two hours to finally get a signal, it wasn’t until I used the built in sound maker I realised he was sat in the shed the entire time not out exploring the neighbourhood. As you can see a tracker indoors shows it going everywhere and the one outside took two hours to finally be able to locate

Setup was really easy. It's reasonably small and light. Doesn't seem to bother my cat but he's a big boy - might be a problem for smaller cats or kittens. Battery seems fine. I've seen a few reviews with negative comments on the battery life and maybe that's fair if your cat wears it all the time. We keep our cat in at night so the tracker is only on during the day and the battery easily lasts several days. Performance is just ok - at least in my area. It will often go 10-15 minutes without a reading. No quick release collar. A collar is provided but it's fastened with a buckle and I think these are unsafe. It's relatively easy to fit the tracker to a quick release collar instead (but it does make it much easier to lose).

App is easy to use and offers the information I was looking for (current position and history) Accuracy in my experience is +/- 50 meters. I could not find my cat and the app was consistently reporting my cat was 50 meters south of where he was in reality (which was in a shed) so I was looking between the trees. I was easily misled by the position because it kept updating (as it should) so you have the illusion of accuracy but all these positions were off by between 5 and 50 meters. There is superlive mode which sometimes helps with getting a better position. As with all these things battery life is short, 2 days is about as good as it got for me. But if you are looking for your cat and you use superlive mode and use the speaker the battery drains very quickly, I have looked at other trackers and they all seem to have the same limitations with respect to accuracy and battery life.
