Got the product, unwrapped it and all looked well. Charged it and plugged in a sim card after first turning off the voicemail. Then I followed the instructions and sent a text to the number. Nothing responded. Then I downloaded the app and it showed the tracker offline but a mile away from my home in the middle of a field on a mountain side. It repeatedly said it was offline. I messaged the seller but did not get any response despite the promising start with a message indicating they were there to help. A few days on and I've now dropped the package at the post office for return. Shame really as looked really robust. No response from suki at the customer service team as promised. Would have scored a zero if I could as I had to spend £10 on a sim card which I will no longer use. Really disappointed and now our of pocket.

WHY DID I BUY THIS? BECAUSE OUR VAN WAS STOLEN IN THE NIGHT!!! WE BOUGHT 2 FOR THE REPLACEMENT VAN AND MY CAR. I looked at probably all of the trackers listed in Amazon, eBay, and even additional websites. I chose this one because the battery lasted the longest. WOW! It works a treat. Easy to set up, very very easy. I won't lie, I have no idea about the additional things, like vibrate, proximity etc, instructions regarding the APP is none existent, but I'm not really interested in that. My focus was always to simply be able to track the vehicle, and it does that very well. I can simply text the tracker with the code, and it texts back with a link that leads me to a map of where the tracker (van) is. I can also go into the APP, and that gives me a GOOGLE MAP live location. I purchased 2 TRACKERS, and to use the APP, I log in using the tracker's own code, then a basic preset password, and there you go... Ensure NOT to save the login details if you have purchased 2 or more because you will need to type in the individual code of the tracker in, and each tracker has its own code. I simply saved them to my iPhone, and copy and paste it into the APP log-in section. I can't praise the SELLER Zeerker enough, they responded immediately when emailed then about delivery time. *I still do not know how to check the balance of the inserted sim card. (But I haven't phoned the SIM card provider yet). You will have to buy a SIM card (we got an 02 Pay as you Go SIM from the local newsagents). The SIM takes a full sized standard SIM CARD, but in case you end up buying a small sim, the tracker come with a card you insert the sim into, to make it fit. They have it all covered, no worries. We have not long had it though, so I cannot review long term usage. Hope this review helps in some way, it's not right that you work your fingers to the bone - and work hard in life so you can have things, and someone takes it away:- 'SCUM' pure and simple.

Sono abbastanza soddisfatto del localizzatore. Molto preciso e la batteria ha una lunga durata, soprattutto grazie al fatto che va offline quando non si utilizza per lunghi periodi, ciò consente di risparmiare la batteria. Al primo movimento il localizzatore torna subito online. Ottimo anche il sistema che prevede di non dover smontare il localizzatore per inserire la sim. L'app è semplice ed intuitiva. Per la configurazione del localizzatore si possono trovare tutorial in rete. Forse il magnete dovrebbe essere un po più potente.

Como configurarlo para maximizar bateria y minimizar consumo SMS. Necesitas 5 mensajes: 1. Begin123456 2. admin 123456 3. gprs123456 4. apn123456 En ese momento instalas la App Movil y cuando te conectas quitas todas las alarmas. Puedes usar la Geocerca, configurar zonas y mantener activo entrada y salidas (avisa vía App), las demás alarmas desactivadas. Una vez realizado ese paso: 5. sleep123456 shock Así el rastreador se activa automáticamente con el movimiento, sin mandar SMS, permite el seguimiento online via APP y avisa de entradas y salidas en Geocerca (vía App). Personalmente, recomiendo tarjeta de Simyo, prepago sin cuota mínima (o si haces uso intensivo 1 eur por 100 Mb al mes) y sms a 10 cent. Suerte y espero os sirva, a mi me costó 18 sms dar con la configuración "buena" para mis necesidades (no recibir sms, batería de larga duración, apagado si no hay movimiento y uso de geocerca).
